5/10/15 Speed Diner

For the second year, Chefs for Equality created the “5/10/15 Speed Diner,” a highly successful and popular signature concept — 5 dishes/10 chefs/15 minutes! The 2018 5/10/15 Speed Diner was curated by chef Erik Bruner-Yang and supported by Gauri Sarin, Streetsense Eat+Drink Team, with a specialty cocktail prepared for you by mixologist impresario Adam Bernbach of Estadio.

Here’s how the Speed Diner works: For $50, Chefs for Equality ticket holders can purchase a 15-minute time slot for a seat at our 20-person diner-style counter, created by Amaryllis Floral + Event Design. Once seated, each guest has 15 minutes to enjoy a specialty cocktail and a mini 5- course tasting menu prepared and served by five pairs of celebrity chefs.
