Drag is not a crime, but this new event feature is so much fun, it will feel illegal! An interactive entertainment experience where guests will enjoy brunch-inspired bites, a specialty cocktail, and an exclusive drag performance curated by Crazy Aunt Helen’s featuring some of DC’s top drag talent.
*When purchasing your ticket to the event, you can choose to add on a time slot for the Drag Diner experience
This exclusive Chefs for Equality activation, on the second floor of the Building Museum, overlooks the entire event and features select restaurant partners, Champagne, caviar, lounge seating and more.
*This experience is exclusive to “Upper Tier” ticket holders and private table guests
A cafe in the middle of the action featuring Latin-inspired savory dishes, pastries and libations curated by the popular D.C.-based Colada Shop Cuban Cafe & Bar.
In addition to impressive fare, live and silent auctions are held throughout the evening. Guests can bid on items like jewelry, or a chic picnic basket overflowing with gourmet food and beverage products, as well as experiences such as international travel packages, or unique dining experiences at some of the DMV’s most exclusive establishments.
Every guest walks away with a Chefs for Equality goody bag, each chock-full of gourmet food, artisanal coffee, treats and coupons from local retailers are distributed as guests exit the event.
The party (and food) doesn’t stop after the museum doors close. Each Chefs for Equality ticket includes access to the afterparty featuring even more food, crafted cocktails, and live entertainment.
